  • Accreditation of Admission test (Free during registration dates).
  • Eyesight test result.
  • Hearing test result.
• Official Documents. The following documents are required (original and 3 copies).
  • Birth Certificate
  • Vaccination Card
  • C.U.R.P. (if Mexican)
  • Preschool and /or Elementary Certificate
  • Good Conduct Letter
  • SEP and former school’s Report Card.
  • State Board of Education (SEP) studies validation if the student comes from a foreign school.
• Annual fee of Parents Association will be paid separately on the day of registration of first child. (cash or check to: “Asociación de Padres de Familia Instituto Columbia, A. C.). Any debt pending with PA or the School will have to be paid in order to carry out registration transactions.
