If my child is absent on a test day, will he get a zero?

     Not if you bring a medical excuse.

How many days does a child have to turn-in all his assignments if they were absent because of an illness?

     The same amount of days he was absent.

May I take my child out of school to comply with a social or family event?

     It is better that your child attends school all day or not at all.

Is it obligatory that my child attends after-hour activities such as: graduation ceremonies, shows, parades, etc.?

     Yes, it is a part of their responsibility and learning process.

     Schedule an appointment with the proper secretary.

Do I need to send a written permission form?

     Yes, it is for your child´s safety and benefit. You will find formats in the Procedures link.

May I send a cake to my child on his birthday?

    Yes, you should leave it with the level secretary.

May I send a piñata to celebrate my child´s birthday?

     For the children´s safety we ask you not to.

May the secretaries order a pizza for my child?

     You may do that yourself. Just send the money with your child and the level secretary will take care of the rest.

When there is a soccer or basketball game, do they stay for practice?

     No, the days they have a game, they don´t practice.

Are the sports practices cancelled due to bad weather?

     No, they are never cancelled.
